School of Physics and Electronic Engineering (School of Integrated Circuits) Conducts Exchange and Research Visit to Nanjing Topband Microelectronics Co., Ltd.

On October 28th, a delegation led by Chen Yuanping, Dean of the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering (School of Integrated Circuits), Yan Xiaohong, former President of Jiangsu University, Xing Yalin, Director of the School's Administrative Office, and Chen Mingming, Deputy Director of the Department of Microelectronics, conducted a research visit to Nanjing Topband Microelectronics Co., Ltd.

During the meeting, Li Na, General Manager of Nanjing Topband Microelectronics Co., Ltd., introduced the company's development history, core business layout, and product R&D progress. She emphasized that Topband Microelectronics has always attached great importance to collaborative innovation with universities, and eagerly expects to integrate frontline industrial needs with the scientific research and talent advantages of universities.
Chen Mingming presented the disciplinary construction characteristics, talent training system, and latest research directions of the School of Integrated Circuits. Chen Yuanping stated that the School of Integrated Circuits at Jiangsu University will focus on "smart agriculture chips" and strive to cultivate high-quality integrated circuit talents that meet national strategic and industrial needs. Yan Xiaohong expressed his hope that the School of Integrated Circuits at Jiangsu University could establish cooperative relations with Nanjing Topband Microelectronics, carry out industry-university-research cooperation, and form a win-win cooperation path.
After the exchange, the delegation visited the production workshop and subsequently held discussions on topics such as advanced manufacturing processes of integrated circuits and innovative talent training. This research visit has laid a solid foundation for the two parties to sign strategic cooperation agreements, co-build internship bases, and carry out joint technological R&D in the future.
